The Luna Statement Clutch features a roomy design with middle divider zipper pocket, 6” Zipper Pocket plus the option to add a shoulder or wrist strap. Choose from 4 different flap options to customise your Luna Statement Clutch to your own individual character. Whether it be a wedding, date night, birthday or winery lunch with your besties, the Luna Statement Clutch carries you from day to night while retaining it’s elegance.
Pattern Requirements:
- Fabric: I like to use mid weight cottons such as cotton/linen blends, cotton duck or similar. They tend to hold form and wrinkle less than light weight cottons in this bag.
- Exterior Body Fabric: 20” (*measurements based on fabric 42” wide)
- Lining Body Fabric: 20” (*measurements based on fabric 42” wide)
- Gusset fabric: 20”(*measurements based on fabric 42” wide)
- Flap fabric: 20” (*measurements based on fabric 42” wide)
- Interfacing:
- Fusible fleece: 40”
- Mid weight woven interfacing: 40”
*You may need to vary the interfacing depending on your fabric choices. I have used a range of fusible fleece, decovil light and self fuse fleece on my exterior body fabrics depending on whether I used leather, vinyl, waxed canvas etc. Please vary this to suit your fabric choices.
- Zippers: #5 (Handbag) zippers.
- 1 x 7” for 6” zipper pocket
- 1 x 9” for middle/internal zipper pouch
- Hardware:
- 1 x magnetic snap
- 1 x chain shoulder strap (optional, these can be purchased in your desired length)
- 2 x side connectors (optional, there are many variations of side connectors that will work with this clutch, most are fixed by screwing the metal pieces onto the clutch gusset)
