Do the mash……do the ‘Pinky Promise Mash Up’ that is!
What do you get when you mash these two patterns from Issue 19 of One Thimble together??
I am sew excited to share with you today another amazing Pinky Promise Bag. This one is extra special as it is a mash up of two patterns from Issue 19 of One Thimble.
Kylie from Kaela’s Patch is an awesome Australian Pattern Designer and fabric shop owner. Kylie contributed the sweet “Take and Play Wall Hanging” pattern to One Thimble Issue 19. Kylie made a version of The Pinky Promise Bag using one of the blocks from her adorable pattern and look how great it turned out!
This sweet bag was made using the new release Tilda Sunkiss range which is available to purchase directly from Kaela’s Patch.
1. pink for gusset and handle is Ocean Flower Pink 10035
2. teal for front and back is Beach Peony Teal 100252
3. Flowers are made using Charlotte Ginger 10031, Suraj Teal 10039 and Imogen Pink 10023.
4. Tilda Teal Dots for the lining.
The feature on the flap is the 3D Flower Bunch Block from my Take and Play Wall Hanging pattern. The rainbow d-ring hardware and rose gold magnet button are from Who says Sew and also available at Kaela’s Patch.
